SFGG Beat Denver For Naqica Cup

The SFGG Rhinos moves to 3-0 on the season and captured the first leg of the Naqica Cup after beating the Denver Barbarians 36-7 on Saturday at Treasure Island.

The Rhinos ran out to a 17-0 lead with lock Brendan Daly opening the scoring in the 11th minutes. He was soon joined on the scoresheet by Sam Rabb and Ricky Reynolds.

In the second half Denver would get a try from speedy substitute Kevon Williams as they tried to work their way back into the match. However, SFGG went on a tear for the last ten minutes with Mile Pulu, Tai Enosa, and Mone Laulaupeaalu scoring tries to seal the match.
